For the church wedding, and all around it
A Goan Catholic wedding is more than the nuptials: the roce with coconut milk, the chuddo of green bangles, and a reception that dances late into the night. This invitation has a page for each.
It is drawn in watercolour — a stained-glass window of lilies, roses and doves, an aisle and a flower arch — with no cross, saints or scripture, so it suits any Christian wedding, in Goa or anywhere else.
Sent as a link, it reaches the family in Goa, in Mumbai and in the Gulf on the same evening.
How Capela opens
The sun rises behind a chapel window, guests walk down the aisle, and two rings come together.
- 01
Let the sun in
A dark stained-glass window of lilies, roses and two doves. One tap, a chime, and light climbs the glass until your names warm to rose.
- 02
Under the veil
The date lies under a lace veil; guests lift it with a tap, or draw up its ribbon.
- 03
Down the aisle
At the wedding guests walk the aisle as they scroll, up to a flower arch where the details wait; then two gold rings roll in and lock: "Two rings, one promise".
- 04
The roce and the chuddo
Coconut milk and turmeric for the haldi, green glass bangles for the mehendi — name them Roce and Chuddo if that is what your family calls them.
- 05
A reception in a Goa garden
An evening garden where guests toss the bouquet, cut the cake and raise a toast, each with a tap.
- 06
Through the chapel doors
Your photos in arched gold frames, two bells that ring out the days left, confetti on the steps, and every wish a satin ribbon.

Questions families ask
Are there religious images on it?
No cross, saints or scripture are drawn: a stained-glass window of lilies, roses and doves, an aisle and a flower arch. Your own words can say whatever you wish.
Can we add the roce and the chuddo?
Yes. The Haldi page shows coconut milk and turmeric, the Mehendi page green glass bangles; name them Roce and Chuddo, or add any ceremony of your own.
Can it carry the nuptial mass and the reception?
Yes. Give the wedding its time and chapel, with a note such as "Please be seated by 3:45", and the reception its own page with the toast, the cake and the first dance in its programme.
Is it only for Goan weddings?
No. It suits any church wedding — in Goa, Mangalore, Mumbai, Kerala or abroad.
What does it cost?
Making it and trying it are free. When you're ready to send it, it's ₹1,999 once for the whole wedding.
